Linn Thar oo Lodge a family owned Hotel/ Guest House, is situated on the main 3km Ngapali beach. With it's 300m of beach front it is the only hotel to offer over 30 bungalows with private bathrooms and balconies facing the beach and sea. Averaging in price at $20 per night for 2 people.
There are also another 20 budget priced rooms priced from $8 to $12 per night.
Ngapali Beach is one of the oldest and most beautiful beach resorts in Myanmar. With its white sands, clear and warm seas and swaying palms; it is a wonderful place to relax.

Linn Thar oo's Sea View Restaurant has a wide range of Burmese, Chinese
European and seafood cuisine. There is also a large selection of restaurants within walking distance. These are well worth a try, but often the food is of a better quality and cheaper in the hotel.
Ngapali beach is about 250 miles N/W of Yangon, and is very well situated to be included in any tour of Myanmar. Thandwe airport, 3 miles away, has daily flights from Yangon, also flights to Bagan, Heho and Sittway.
